Who is to say about abortion?

Why is it when a female wants to get a abortion and her man says no she can just get it anyway, But when a man wants his woman to get a abortion she can have the kid anyway then make him pay child support. Its should be a law that says if then female wants to have the kid and the male says have a abortion and she haves it anyway he shouldn't have to pay child support.
