How do you use Bannerbomb in conjunction with the HackMii Installer to download the hombrew chanel for the Wii?

I now how to get bannerbomb on my wii to youse it to install the Homnbrew Channel on the Wii if you have version 4.0. But on WiiBrew.com it says; Note: To install the Homebrew Channel on System Menu 4.0 use Bannerbomb in conjunction with the HackMii Installer How do you get HackMii Installer on the wii and use it in conjuction with BannerBomb to get the Hombrew Channel on the wii even if you have wii software version 4.0, because the twilight hack was banned in the 4.0 version
