Guild Wars Information Please?

Hi everyone, I am currently playing World of Warcraft and want to switch to Guild Wars until WTOLK comes out for WoW, and if I like it I'll stick with it. Does Guild Wars have instances like WoW? Or some sort of raiding system where you PVE with others to accomplish goals for gear? Also, what is the PVP like in Guild Wars? Is it Arena or BG's like WoW? Also, can you create guilds? Moreover, Guild Wars looks fun and I want to try it out. For those of you who have had experiance in the GW is it a decent game? And please don't post WOW IS BETTER NOOB or random remarks, becuase I have looked into the issue well and the number of people who play GW say they like it better and vice versa with World of Warcraft
