2 months old sleeping in his fisher price infant rocker bouncer all day and night long after immunization shot?

He got a bottle 5 oz and right after got 2 months shots.now back home he fell asleep in car seat snd I let him sleep in there for an hour then I tried to put him in his crib. He is sleeping deep ever since got the shots but as soon as I put him down he curls up and cries very very badly with tears in his eyes. His legs are also a bit swollen now after 7 hours of getting the shot . I wrappd his legs with warm receiving blanket. And he took 2.5 oz at 5 pm then 2.5 oz at 6.30 and now st 9.45 he took full 5 oz as usual.still crying hard occionally but remains quiet in his bouncer with vibrator on or if rocked he is falling asleep.he is just not sleeping flat today. And feels uncomfu if swaddled tight probably due to sore legs.should I let him sleep all night long in the bouncer? Is this fussiness and his pain continues tomorrow ,how can I put him in bouncer always if he strongly refuses and cries even in sleep to lay flat.I hope he will be okay soon but till then is not it tooong to put him in his bouncer always.I don't have a sling and I am not doing almost any household work more than 1/2 hours or so due to illness and exhaustion and left hand pain. So carrying him seems a bit not so good option for me.what should I do? And if he does not wake up to eat tonight should I try to force feed him .he ate at 9.45 pm
