Can i conceive with pcos?

It is very possible. Granted, every woman is different. I was diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago and got pregnant with no fertility treatments after being married for nearly two years. I'm now pregnant with number two, which was a surprise. Not everyone with PCOS can get pregnant without treatment, but it is possible.
