What were your postpartum physical symptoms/experiences?

I am 11 wks pp and going through all kinds of physical stuff. praying that I am not preg (been using diaphragm -husband having Vasectomy nov.7) I am feeding around the clock. I bled for 4 wks then stopped for a week or so then bled for 11 days then stopped for a week or so then had light light spotting for 5 days then full "period" for 7 days I still feel crampy, nipps sensitive. I am trying to figure out if it is just my hormones going wacky and my crampy feeling from ovulating and body trying 2 return 2 normal? Please tell me if you had similar exp after having baby. thanks 2 all who answer.
