What is the best way to stop political correctness?

I think we need to say what we feel, so someone disagrees, so what, we need to have the right to disagree. Otherwise we are a bunch of little puppets who have no freedom at all. I wish I could remember who it was that said something to the effect that "I disagree with you completely but I would die for your right to say it." So lets all decide to disagree, Respectfully, of course. Not that agreeing should be discounted.
