So I go to court tonight for the ticket I got from scratching my ear?

The cop wrote me a ticket for talking on my cell phone, which I wasn't. I am bringing my cell phone records and my penger along with his cell records as well so I can show the prosecutor I wasn't on my phone. Do you think my ticket will be thrown out? Will they try to charge me court costs? Will it be rescheduled so I have a trial? Whoever predicts the outcome tonight will get 10 points. Any advice would be appreciated also .
