I need to find the default pword for my comcast wireless modem?

I reinstalled the operating system on my laptop because the virus protection my college made me download messed up my pc. I am back on my home network now and need the pword to connect, but my stepmom swears that comcast set it up and that it is on the back of the modem. None of the numbers worked. what should I do?
