Could i possibly have ?

I am ually active with ONLY my husband. I have a history of cold sores. I recently have had about 6-8 weeks of a strange lip "thing." My lips' outer rim very dry feeling, but not to the touch. Sometimes 2 spots in particular seem to become more irritated (something red and close to a blister, but not a blister). Now all of the sudden I have 3 tiny bumps in my l area. First one - now two more. They do not itch or burn (yet). Again, my husband is my only partner and he has never even had a cold sore! Could this be something else? Would a vibrator that is, perhaps, not cleaned enough (only used by me) cause something like this? I'm getting the blood test today because I am panicking.
