Been in hosp 4 days treated for a suspected blood clot but now isn't one maybe gall bladder?

hurts to cough upper right quadrant pain cannot lie flat or bend over pick things up etc ultra sound showed no gall stones still hurting but improving waiting for a CT scan anyone know any ideas what this could be????
