How long for a kidney stone to p?

I have a suspected stone, though I haven't had any scans this time as I temporarily don't have insurance right now. I did go to my family doctor about 6 weeks ago when the symptoms started and she thought it sounded like a stone, especially given my history of having them. Mild flank pain that radiated down my side into my groin, hip and leg. I've had many stones before, including one a month prior to this one, so I know *that* pain that you typically get with them, but this time, I've only had mild pain that persists rather than that excruciating pain. I feel like someone just kicked me in my side, it's sore and tender with some occional twinges and zaps of pain, and I also continue to feel it down into my groin. I'm straining my urine and no stone yet. No blood either and I'm urinating normally. How long should I let this go on? I just worry that the stone may be stuck and worry about kidney damage for letting it go too long, but I don't know how long that would be. Any insight is appreciated.

Should I have not posed nude for my friend/coworker??

I am a school teacher who is 33 and single and I have this friend Laura who who is the art teacher and she is 22 and going through her masters program right now and she asked me to pose nude for a sn ignment for one of her cles. I am afraid it may have affected our friendship now. She is a beautiful brunette but I think I saw an evil side of her when she was drawing me naked. I went to her house and got naked in her room that was a studio and when she walked in she started laughing hysterically and put her thumb and index finger about an inch apart. (what does that mean ladies?) and then throughout she kept giggling as I sat on the stool nude. I eventually got an an and then she laughed more asking me if it was 3 inches? (its bigger 3.5) She said I looked like a Macaca (monkey) with a little brown french fry. I am East Indian. Why do whites keep ridiculing us Indians? Should I end the friendship?

Could this be shingles? Doctors are at a loss here!?

Sounds like shingles. The key clue is the series of red rashes with small blisters. It's important to treat shingles within the first 72 hours of the outbreak. Shingles, left untreated, can be serious, and can cause blindness if it travels to the nerves in your eyes. Standard treatment includes taking antiviral pills and using antiviral creams such as acyclovir. After wards, you may find that Vitamin D can help with the lingering nerve pain from shingles called neuropathy.

Yet another one question on D&D finesse fighter build.?

I'm in a progress of building a new character (3.5e Eberron, as usual..), starting level 6th. What I currently have is close to this: 3lvl swashbuckler/ 3lvl ranger. stats at 6th level are str10/ con14/ dex20/ int16/ wis9/ cha10. Due to a loss of an eye and a replacement of one with "something quite special", he's got 2 flaws: Shaky and Murky Eyed. That leaves us with 5 feats in the course of 6 levels. The idea is to make a dual weapon wielder, with Spiked Chain in each hand, specialising in trips. Feats already given as cl ones are: rangers Ambidexterity, Two Weapon Fighting, Trach, Toughness, swashbuckler's Weapon Finesse, Insightful Strike (bonus int modifier to damage rolls, yummy...). I'm planning to take Combat Expertise, Improved Trip, Oversized Two Weapon Fighting, Monkey Grip and probably Weapon Focus(Spiked Chain) as the 5 allowed feats. And, I also arranged an Agile Athlete as a christmas gift (to the character, not to me). Starting with ranger we get (6+3)*4= 36 skillpoints, maxing skills like Tumble, Jump, Escape Artist, Use Rope, Balance, Survival and some Knowledge (probably local and nobility, for some special reasons). Need advice on optimisation, skill pimps (remember, we're on 6h level with 75 skillpoints.. a wide field for speculation), feats/flaws, and, most important, GEAR. Anything not higher than 20k (16k preferably) is OK. My sketch of the equipment is: +2 mithral chainshirt(5k), two +2 Spiked Chains (8k), amulet of Natural Armor +1 (1k), Ring of Deslection +1 (1k), two masterwork boot daggers hidden in the soles of the boots, spring driven (complete scoundrel). Healing potions/clothes/stuff. To make it ideal (up to 20k), adding a Belt of Dexterity +2 (4k). That gives us 72 hitpoints and 22 AC (23 with the belt, 26 with Combat Expertise on). Feel free to mail me on the subject.. I need help on this one. Our DM makes life really tough for flippy characters.

Why do giraffe's have long necks?

according to Larmacks theory, girrafes have a long neck due to evolution. they survived by ingesting leaves from tree tops and thus their necks grew long as time ped. Those with short neck were outdone by the long-necked giraffes due to need for survival.
